Library

The Aitken College library supports and enriches the teaching/learning program of the school. At Aitken College students use the latest technology to access information. Students use a computerised library system to locate books in the library.

As students progress through the school they will use the Internet increasingly, to locate information from a number of multimedia databases, such as Britannica and and World Book Encyclopedia and other on-line facilities to which the school subcribes. Teachers are also able to present sheets of notes, assignments, etc. for students to access, via the MasterFileİ system. Students have their own computer network passwords and web based email addresses and they must abide by the acceptable usage policy for IT facilities.
