HOW DO I APPLY?

1. Apply online
Parents are invited to submit an online enrolment application as soon as possible. As part of the online application, you will need to upload the following:
• the applicant’s birth certificate or passport
• if applying as a temporary or permanent resident, a copy of the applicant’s visa
• pay a non-refundable nor transferable $100 application fee
Please note, an application is a prerequisite to admission for a place on the College waitlist, however it does not guarantee an enrolment.
2. Progressing your application
Prep and Year 7 Applications
For students entering Prep the enrolment process begins 1 year prior to the preferred year of entry. Waitlisted families are emailed an Application Progression Questionnaire to confirm their intent to proceed with enrolment when students are in kindergarten.
For students entering Year 7, the enrolment process begins two years prior to the preferred year of entry.
Waitlisted families are emailed an Application Progression Questionnaire to confirm their intent to proceed with enrolment when students are in Grade 5.
All other Year levels
For all other year levels, the enrolment process begins 1 year prior to the preferred year of entry. Waitlisted families are emailed an Application Progression Questionnaire to confirm their intent to proceed with enrolment.
Once the enrolment process has commenced, the Admissions team contacts waitlisted families to confirm their intent to proceed with enrolment.
3. Attend an interview
Families that proceed beyond the waitlist stage are invited to attend an interview with the Assistant Principal or delegate.
Prior to interviews families will be invited to complete a Pre interview student information form.
4. Accept your offer
The offer of enrolment is at the discretion of the Principal who will consider each case on its merits in light of enrolment priorities and the availability of places. Successful applicants will receive a formal offer of enrolment by email after their interview.
Once an offer is made, families confirm their acceptance by completing the Acceptance of Offer form and paying the Establishment fee of $2,000
The establishment Fee is payable upon acceptance of enrolment. $1,000 of this Fee will be held as a refundable deposit.
This portion of the Establishment Fee will be refunded either on completion of Year 12 or after one full term’s notice of withdrawal has been provided to the College in writing. The balance of this Establishment Fee is non-refundable and is used as a contribution to school operations.
Should you decide to withdraw the enrolment prior to your child commencing at the College, the full $2,000 Establishment Fee is non-refundable.
